As a Business Owner Solutions - Associate, You Will
- Engage in a range of M&A assignments to acquire practical experience.
- Conduct financial analysis, develop models, research industries, and create marketing materials.
- Effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Oversee the preparation of valuations, financial models, marketing documents, and client presentations, while also researching new business opportunities.
- Work alongside senior bankers and client management on different transactions.
- Gain experience in M&A transactions, from pitch preparation to execution
- Emphasize teamwork and diverse perspectives in a unique culture.

- Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in a financial or quantitative position, with preference given to those who have direct investment banking experience.
- While Series 63 and 79 licenses are preferred, candidates should be able to quickly obtain them if not already certified.
- Interest in Finance with a strong academic background (preferably in Accounting, Business Economics, or Finance).
- Knowledge of financial statements and evaluations of public/private businesses.
- Strong analytical, financial, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability with a focus on improvement.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous business experience is preferred.
