Our Internship Program :
Our competitive Summer Internship program provides a comprehensive work experience with our Capital Structure Advisory Group. Interns will support the group during the program, while being treated as valuable team membersand learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Internship Location and Availability :
Located in our New York City Offices in Bryant Park,interns must be flexible to work full time during the summer.

As a Summer Analyst in the Capital Structure Advisory Group, you will :
- Play an integral role on investment banking teams, providing analytical support on liability management, mergers and acquisitions, financing and other restructuring advisory services for our clients
- Assist in the preparation of financial analysis, company due diligence, client presentations, company marketing materials in addition to performing research and various analyses in support of new business generation
- Develop your skills through broad exposure to clients, investors, and Baird bankers
