What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Development Coordinator, Global Investment Banking (GIB) position at Baird?
We are continuing to grow and are adding a Talent Development Coordinator to our team at Baird! In this new role, you will work closely with the Manager, GIB Talent Development, Corporate Human Resources and GIB leadership and associates, to support GIB’s Onboarding, Performance Management process and culture and engagement. This role also includes performing extensive administrative tasks and specific talent coordinator activities to support Manager, GIB Talent Development. Supporting the Manager, GIB Talent Development, you will execute on development strategy for the broad GIB development curriculum. This role reports to our Manager, GIB Talent Development and resides within Corporate Human Resources.
As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will:
Assist with new hire onboarding, including logistics for first day, enrollment in online courses, organizing and planning meetings and associate schedules, and tracking of timely completion for development.
Build and maintain digital library for on-demand training and use in onboarding.
Performance management:
Testing and implementation of changes to performance management, systems, and reports.
Assist and facilitate all existing logistics.
Regularly reports out on all metrics to Manager, GIB Talent Development and GIB Director of Talent.
Provide administrative support to Manager, GIB Talent Development, including, but not limited to:
Drafting and execution of communication and reporting plans.
Schedule regular calls with staffers, managers, and Manager, GIB Talent Development, by team, regularly and throughout the year.
Track completion of forms, distribution forms, track meeting schedules, report on all to Manager, GIB Talent Development.
Maintain current personnel records with highest accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain associate database, records, and organizational charts, and conduct regular audit of Workday information, to ensure accuracy.
Record and track any GIB coaching engagements facilitated by Manager, GIB Talent Development.

Bachelor’s Degree required.
