We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with proven experience and a passion for providing assistance and excellent customer experience through our diverse communication channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service by being emphatic and professional in every interaction
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Coordinate with help desk staff to troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
You must have:
- 1 years of experience selling subscription-based services.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Cold Calling, Prospecting, and Lead Generation (Desirable).
- Advanced English level.
