We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel team. As the next GM, you will be responsible for devising the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's rooms, public areas, and grounds to cultivate a reputation for quality.
You will spearhead and develop an effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel services and other offerings. The GM will guide the leaders of each hotel department in developing goals, objectives, and a plan of action for achieving them.
This role requires a proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in the hospitality field. You must have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study is preferred.
