We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the position of General Manager at our hotel. As the next general manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including human resources, finance, marketing, and guest services. You will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and maintain a positive reputation for our hotel.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an upper-level management position, either within or outside the hospitality industry, is required for this role. Candidates with experience as a GSM or AGM will be given preference. Compensation details: $55,000 - $60,000 yearly.
