PLASTIC SURGERY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and organized individual to support administrative operations for a fast-paced, prominent plastic surgery practice. The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing superior customer service to strengthen the patient experience.
This individual must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, including writing and editing skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good keyboarding skills is essential. The ideal candidate should be comfortable multitasking in a high-demand environment while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will support the day-to-day administrative functions of the practice to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve organizing office workflows, supporting the team with key administrative tasks, and maintaining the professional standards of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations of the practice.
- Organize and maintain patient records and office files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with scheduling internal meetings, provider calendars, and coordinating administrative projects.
- Assist in maintaining organized workflows.
- Provide support for special projects, events, or initiatives within the practice.
- Assist with incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries as appropriate to other team members or departments.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and administrative experience preferred.
- Medical office experience is desirable but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance in keeping with our upscale practice.
- A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence in patient care.
