Major Function

This associate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of equipment preventative maintenance, electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair, and RF tooling set-up. Additional responsibilities to include assisting with facility maintenance activities.

Essential Functions

• Lead and assist other maintenance associates in an assigned work area.
• Communicate with management on daily activities and suggest improvements.
• Troubleshooting equipment failures, electro-mechanical repairs, and on-going equipment preventative maintenance.
• Additional responsibilities to include light facility maintenance.
• Effective written and verbal communication with other associates, supervisors, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Work as a TEAM with fellow associates.
• Identify problems independently and implement common sense approaches to solutions with minimal direction.
• Work independently in meeting the stated position objectives with minimal direction.
• Manage daily activities to meet preventative maintenance schedules and other Company objectives.
• Record PM and repair activity in Plex.
• Effectively operate basic machine shop equipment including drill press, sander, band saw, shear, and grinders.
• Attend Company sponsored training and outside educational opportunities as assigned and approved by Management.
• Seek operational efficiencies and implement common sense approaches to problem solving.
• Record machinery down-time.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, pneumatics, hydraulics, and repair/replace faulty equipment.
  
  

Education/Experience

• High school diploma
• At least 4 years working experience in a related field.
  
  

Desired Skills For The Job

• Hold or obtain forklift driver certification.
• Experience with programming and troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, and related controls.
