Job Description:
Baked Beans Farm seeks dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cannabis Technicians. In this role, you will play a vital part in our production and cleaning processes, ensuring the quality and safety of our products while maintaining a clean and efficient working environment
Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in the manufacturing of infused cannabis products, including gummies, chocolates, pre-rolls, concentrates, and vape carts
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to uphold a hygienic manufacturing facility
- Adhere to safety protocols and compliance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and uphold quality standards
- Assist in inventory management and organization of production materials
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to cannabis manufacturing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance requirements in Massachusetts is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute repetitive tasks with precision
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear.
