Here are your primary responsibilities: Manufacturing of PF, UF and MF resins and additives in 3/7 shift system Operating the formalin plant and power plant safely and in accordance with the prevailing instructions Getting the devices in working and operational condition and reporting to the monitoring systems Monitoring and reporting of process areas General maintenance of cleanliness and order Sampling and analysis as well as quality assurance Loading, unloading and transferring materials by a forklift     What is Needed to be Successful in this Role (Required Skills/Abilities): Recent graduate or expert in the field of electrical process maintenance / engineering, mechanics or chemicals Successful completion of work duties requires a flexible, willing to learn and proactive attitude Willingness to develop and have a first class safety attitude Good collaborative skills and willingness to work as part of a team Independent and responsible approach to assigned tasks Duties require a willingness to work in shifts Proficiency in basic IT skills Familiarity with automation systems and English language skills are an advantage   Are you ready to help us build a better tomorrow and put your fingerprints on the world?  Apply for this exciting opportunity, and learn more about our hiring process, insights from our global associates, our robust benefits and more at Bakelite.com/careers.   We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team on a temporary basis.
