Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate market cost changes to Branch General Managers and involve them in strategic pricing decisions when appropriate.
- Monitor margin, service level, obsolescence, and inventory turn results, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety rules consistently.
Requirements:
- 10-20 years of experience as a Senior Buyer in the food industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Intermediate to Advanced Excel, including VLookup, formulas, and other functions).
- Thorough understanding of ERP or MRP systems.
