Summary:
The Sales Support Representative - Exports manages all aspects of export order fulfillment, from order entry and documentation to shipment coordination and customer communication. This role ensures accurate processing of export orders, compliance with international shipping regulations, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Receive, process, and enter export orders into the NDS system, ensuring product availability and accurate pricing (including contract pricing)
Prepare and verify all necessary export documentation, ensuring compliance with destination-specific labeling and shipping requirements
Schedule shipment pickups, create invoices, and complete all shipping documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for export customers, resolving issues and providing timely updates
Anticipate and resolve potential issues, making critical decisions independently
Qualifications:
Experience in export customer service or related field
Knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures
Proficiency in order management systems (NDS preferred)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to calculate contract pricing
Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is preferred
