We are seeking a motivated and personable Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base through effective lead generation and in-person relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Manage lead generation and visit potential customers in person
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.
- Work with management to furnish pricing for clients based on their needs
- Collaborate with the management to create effective strategies
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using Badger software.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales.
- Strong skills in lead generation, cold calling, and sales management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
