What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sanitation Technician position at BAKER BOY, INC?
AVAILABLE SHIFT
Saturday & Sunday 6a - 2:30p and Monday - Tuesday 6a - 2:30p
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Follow all company policies and procedures to help support the production of safe, quality and legal products.
- Work independently and in a team atmosphere to clean the facility area and production equipment.
- Disassemble, thoroughly clean, sanitize using cleaners and solvents, and reassemble pieces of equipment in the production area as the daily schedule demands.
- Document assigned cleaning and sanitation duties in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand and follow chemical use and safety instructions.
- Assist with all cleaning and testing procedures (Listeria, ATP, Allergens, etc.)
- Train current and new team members on various processes and procedures.
- Assist in pest control in the plant, grounds, and outbuildings.
- Assist other areas of sanitation as assigned.
