About the Retail Banking & Consumer Lending Internship:
We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented college student or recent graduate for our paid Summer 2025 internship. This intern will support both Baker Boyer’s Retail Banking Team and Home Loan Center, assisting with key projects and the loan pipeline workflow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as tasks will include:
- Supporting project execution across both departments
- Assisting with loan pipeline processes and workflow to meet deadlines
- Contributing to document preparation and delivery
Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in college courses or have been enrolled within three months of the internship start date
- Ability to pass a credit check, background screening, and post-offer drug test
This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the banking industry, providing exposure to real-world financial operations and project management.
What We Offer:
- Pay: $16.66 per hour
- 4 hours of holiday pay on Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
*Number of paid holidays will be subject to the internship start and end dates.
About our process:
