Our PM Technicians are responsible to diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system, give customers options and pricing of repairs, order parts for install purposes and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all local and national codes.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
- Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills.
- Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview.
- Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records.
- Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Texas drivers license (minimum 3 years driving experience with clean driving record)
- EPA certification and registered with the State of Texas.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- 1 years of experience working with complex HVAC systems and equipment or HVAC school graduate.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Service Titan experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Results driven in a high-energy environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
- Maintain well-groomed appearance and work uniform.
- Service knowledge of 16 seer systems and heat pumps.
