The Regional Recruiting Specialist aggressively networks to attract special, special forces. A large portion of time is dedicated to attending job fairs and related recruitment events. The Specialist also performs administrative functions related to recruiting.
The Regional Recruiting Specialist will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. - Assists in the Implementation of Recruiting Strategy
- Assists Talent Manager in Selection Process
- Administrates Recruiting Support Functions
- Participates in Training/Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of related experience or 4 years prior experience in recruitment, preferably in construction
