What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Baker Contracting LLC?
Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing completion of projects through job site walk throughs and quality control.
Job Duties:
1. Project Manager should go through building plans, work orders, estimates, sub-contractor contracts, inspection requirements, and other pertinent information before starting a new job.
2. Make sure sub-contractors and employees have work orders and construction plans before the start of the project.
3. Must be present at every job site walk through with sub-contractors.
4. Must perform regular job site visits to ensure cleanliness, quality control, and that schedule is being met.
5. Schedule inspections for each phase of the project.
6. Communicate with Operations Manager to make sure materials are ordered and delivered to the job site prior to being needed.
7. Pick up and deliver materials as needed to job sites.
8. Confirm inventory of deliveries and submit delivery tickets to Operations Manager.
9. Facilitate all returns in timely manner.
10.Walk through job sites for dumpster and dump trailer needs and coordinate as necessary.
11.Ensure yard signs and permits are placed at the beginning of each project and removed at the end of each project.
12.Ensure job site cameras are placed on site and working properly.
13.Place job site rules at the beginning of each project.
14.Place lock boxes with keys at each project and update codes in Monday.com. Provide office with duplicate keys for each project.
15.Must be present in the morning and in the afternoon to go over daily activities, material needs, and next day scheduling.
16.Final walk through with sub-contractor is required before sub-contractor final payment.
17.Update Monday.com throughout entire workday so that entire team is always up to date.
18.Must always have work phone and iPad with you.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
