Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-office appointments.
- Answer complex policy and coverage questions, ensuring clients understand their options.
- Process coverage change requests and offer expert coverage guidance.
- Handle billing inquiries, payment processing, and proof of insurance requests with efficiency.
- Maintain accurate client records by documenting all required information and updates.
- Gather information from clients to prepare accurate quotes and applications.
Requirements
- Licensing: Minimum 4-40 license, with preference for 2-20
- Technology proficiency: Windows OS, Outlook, Word, Adobe, Internet Explorer/Google Chrome.
- Experience with an agency management system (Applied TAM preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a bonus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
