We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including water heaters, water filtration systems, reverse osmosis, and water softeners. If you have experience in residential plumbing and a passion for superior customer service, we want to hear from you!
Currently, plumbing projects will mainly consist of water heater replacement, water filtration, reverse osmosis, water softeners, etc. This role requires a meticulous professional capable of managing residential plumbing projects and assisting with HVAC system tasks when necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field: Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring. Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding. Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits. Must be able to work at heights. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute the installation and repair of residential plumbing systems, including water heaters and water filtration systems. Assist with HVAC system maintenance and repair as needed.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to offer efficient and effective solutions.
- Ensure all plumbing work meets or exceeds local code requirements and industry standards. Stay updated on new regulations and technologies within the industry.
- Deliver superior customer service by clearly explaining repair needs, improvements, and maintenance tips to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued trust in our services.
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure longevity and efficiency.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness in all work areas, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- 5 years of experience in residential plumbing preferred.
- Educating clients on system maintenance and preventive measures.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with computer software systems, such as, Microsoft Office, Service Titan, and Salesforce or related.
- Ability to complete further education, such as, obtaining one of the following: State Plumbing License, Journeyman Plumbing Certification, HVAC EPA Certification, Plumbing Continuing Education courses, Water Treatment Certification, or Green Plumbing Practices Certification
- OSHA and CPR Certification preferred.
- Proven knowledge and compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using modern plumbing tools and equipment.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to assist with HVAC tasks.
- Physically capable of performing tasks in confined and challenging environments.
- Capable of identifying opportunities for additional services that meet client needs and align with their lifestyle or property requirements.
- Experience with pipe fitting, including cutting, threading, and welding pipes, using both manual and power tools.
- Expertise in modern plumbing technology, such as tankless water heaters, smart home water systems, and eco-friendly fixtures.
- Skilled in the use and maintenance of plumbing tools and equipment, such as pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, and video inspection tools.
- Understanding of local, state, and federal plumbing codes to ensure all work is compliant and up to standard.
- Experience in safe waste disposal and sanitation practices to maintain hygienic and safe working environments.
