ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Remove materials from trailers upon return from the job site.
- Count and record quantity of material returned from the job site to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Properly organize warehouse to ensure material is accessible, countable, and identifiable.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure accuracy and limit inventory loss, scrap, and variance.
- Pick, pack, and handle site materials.
- Use pallet jack or fork lift to haul materials to and from storage to working areas.
- Ensure that all materials and tools distributed to a jobsite are in proper working order and check that they are returned in the same condition.
- Assist in the inspection and light maintenance of Company equipment to ensure safe use, as directed.
- Responsible for the proper operation of equipment.
- Maintain secured, clean and organized storage areas in warehouse at all times.
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and material according to production schedules.
- Place material deliveries in the proper staging location.
- Assist with other warehouse operations as needed.
- Highschool diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of warehouse operations experience is required
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Reliable and predictable attendance is required
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Safety Consciousness
- Ability to work in a team environment and alone
