As The Water Treatment Platform Director, you will be providing mentorship to our refinery site teams on chemical and technical support for our customers across your operating area. You will ensure that we deliver a successful service through promoting best in class sales and service standards for managing industrial water chemical applications and delivering value adding solutions. You will take ownership for growth and sales development to support the changing needs of our customer base.
As a Downstream Water Platform Director, you will be responsible for :
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to assess future needs and requirements to understand forecast activities.
- Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery to our customers through effective planning of resources
- Developing quality plans in line with our job cycle process to ensure risks are mitigated.
- Overseeing your team's contracts and quotes to ensure we harvest our contracts and monitor outstanding customer financials
- Monitoring your departmental budget and Purchase Ledger to track areas of spend
- Coaching, developing, and mentoring your team to share knowledge, skills and insight
