The Services Order Fulfillment Specialist will be supporting the Industrial X-Ray Systems (IXS) business unit in an exciting start-up environment at their Cincinnati Customer Solutions Center (CSC). This role is a unique opportunity facilitate order management and logistics in a customer facing environment.

As Services Order Fulfillment Specialist you will be responsible for facilitating transactions and coordinating customer materials through various in-house service processes as part of a services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, and warehouse logistics & shipping in a shop structure environment. Will interact and coordinate with other site team members. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for their own team in the organization.
As a Services Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will:
- Facilitate order management - process order intake, input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems. May support forecasting, invoicing and collection activities.
- Perform shipping & receiving activities for customer and internal materials.
- Serve as a contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process. Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.
- Work together with people from the business unit.
- Handle simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for processes, and technical knowledge is not required.
- Handle targeted clients. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Order Fulfillment or Services).
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products (excel, word).
- Experience using SAP, and shipping/receiving tools is a plus.
