As an ARMO Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Actively participating in the HSE programs as assigned.
- Reviewing all associated ORA’s/HRA’s/MOC’s/Work Permits prior to starting work and exercise Stop Work at any time for Safety.
- Providing supervision, mentorship and leadership of technicians in the absence of the supervisor/manager.
- Inspection and disposition of AMO tooling and test of equipment.
- In collaboration with the service delivery technical team:
- Troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling, and performing visual inspection of electronic and mechanical assemblies
- Reviewing procedures for assembly, disassembly, and test verification accuracy.
- Analyzing and interpreting data from environmental tests and troubleshooting equipment
- Assisting in set-up experiments and the recording of experimental data
- Ensuring all work orders are completed with documentation in associated systems,
- Redefining processes and procedures regularly and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve consistency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support for execution and delivery of customer projects and requirements.
- Tracking key deliverables to ensure accurate recording of traceability, inventory, and potential risks through the manufacturing process.
- Fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment with yourself and across your AMO team and with all Baker Hughes and external employees that interact with at all times; instilling our company values throughout day-to-day activities and communications.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Electrical Engineering
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects and be able to influence across different teams.
- SAP skills preferred
