As a Coat Shop Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Efficient maintenance of shop equipment
- Conducting initial inspections of equipment that come into the shop
- Inspections of incoming and outgoing products to ensure accuracy and quality
- Operating over-head cranes and occasional fork-lift
- Perform paint and final clean up before they are sent back to the fields for services
- Operating and maintain repair equipment to complete day to day tasks
- Attending pre‐job safety meetings on location
- Constant use of PPE like such as coveralls, hard-hat, gloves (job dependent), safety shoes and shields
- Performing other related duties as instructed by supervisor
- Operating all equipment in a safe and responsible manner
To be successful in this role you will:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in manufacturing and production environments
- Experience working with basic hand tools.
- Experience with paint and coating, preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to lift 50lbs with assistance as needed.

- Sunday – Thursday, 11:00pm – 7:00am
- Must be open to work on either first or second shifts as required and on call basis
