Valve Painters are required to perform moderately complex finishing operations in the following areas : painting, dipping, plating, polishing, etc.
As a Valve Painter, you will be responsible for :
- Cleaning grease and dirt from products and remove all welding berries before painting.
- Applying masking tape, paper or other media over parts and areas that are not coated.
- Filling cavities and dents with putty or equivalent and sands accordingly, to attain smooth
- Selecting mixes liquid coating to produce desired or consistency.
- Being available for after hours and on-call shifts
