You will assist with all phases in the execution of specific pipeline integrity management jobs.
As a Pipeline Technician, you will be responsible for :
- Ordering parts, supplies, and equipment pre-job specific to job requirements.
- Launching and tracking pigs, project management, attending operator's meetings, receiving a pig, locating a stuck pig, and cleaning pipelines.
- Taking field notes and attending and participating in safety meetings.
- Managing and maintaining company equipment.
- Performing equipment maintenance and general shop upkeep.
- Packing equipment post-job and performing appropriate housekeeping measures.
