The Visual Inspection Training Manager is responsible for defining the visual strategy for our internal and external videoprobe and application training, including leading forward-thinking initiatives in training development and deployment to enable long term growth and customer satisfaction.
As a Visual Inspection Training Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and accountability for the design and development of Visual internal (commercial) and external (customer) videoprobe and application training.
- Leading and accountability for the deployment of videoprobe and application training development, both virtually (webinar, live sessions, etc.) and in person (at Waygate Technologies sites as well as customer sites globally).
- Designing and implementing global training strategy in collaboration with Visual Product Managers and Commercial teams.
- Interfacing directly with external customers for training development and deployment including on-application training.
- Interfacing with centralized training resources and tools (Inspection Academy) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Providing technical and application feedback on products and services to Visual product management in order to improve overall customer experience.
- Establishing plans and initiatives together with regional sales, services, and product leadership to drive and penetrate our Global and Regional key accounts.
- Providing input to New Product Introduction (NPI) and customer experience, collaborating with Product Lines, Regions and Engineering.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in training or videoprobe application field use.
