Baker Installations currently has an opening for a Fiber installation Technician based in Pittsburgh, PA or any nearby areas. This work involves re-wiring Multi-Dwelling Residential Units, as well as other residential and commercial work as may be assigned.

We are hiring experienced technicians or people experienced in Construction, Roofing, Electrical, Alarms, Satellite, Maintenance/repair, Service or Outdoor work.

Technician candidates must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Be able to carry and climb an 80-pound, 28’ extension ladder, many times each day
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have a valid Driver’s License and good driving record
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Maximum body weight 275 pounds to comply with safety limitations of equipment
• No fear of heights or confined spaces. Ability to climb through attics and crawlspaces. Work in hot and cold conditions and in insulated attics.
• Flexibility for company paid overnight travel as required.
