Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
Appointment Scheduling : Efficiently manage and schedule client appointments, ensuring all client needs are met promptly.
Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Communication Facilitation : Streamline communication between clients and insurance agents to enhance service delivery.
Office Coordination : Maintain an organized and professional reception area, ensuring all resources are readily available.
Clerical Duties : Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirement
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education in a relevant field is a plus.
