Position Title: Lead Finishing Utility Associate - Baker | McGuire

Job description
BASIC FUNCTION
- Leadership qualities
- Responsible for processes and maintaining necessary materials.
- Must be proficient in Spraying: Stain, Sealer, Lacquer, Shade
- Must be proficient in Finishing Repair
- Must be knowledgeable of all operations in finishing
- Must have a working knowledge of pump house equipment, finishing tools, spray guns, air pressure powered tools
- Must be able to keep production line flowing.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure integrity & quality of the final finish
- Inform and lead team
- Organize flow
- Assign tasks
- Teamwork with supervisor
- Load production line
- Remove hardware from cases and drawers with battery powered tools
- Draw Edging
- Hand color, stain, striping, distressing
- Use air pressure powered staple gun to hang shelves and doors on racks
- Good housekeeping, Safety knowledge
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
High School graduate preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience in finishing
Should be able to lift and move heavy furniture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.96 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
