Our firm is seeking to add an Intake Specialist to our growing team of legal professionals. We need a customer service-oriented professional—someone who excels at building rapport, instilling confidence, and guiding potential clients through the intake process. The right candidate will have the ability to engage clients with empathy, actively listen to their needs, and effectively communicate how our firm can assist them. - Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via inbound and outbound calls
- Conduct client intakes and gather necessary information
- Assist potential clients in making informed decisions about engaging our firm’s services
- Build trust and establish strong connections with clients
- Manage client agreements, obtain signatures, and maintain records in our CRM
- Follow up with potential clients to schedule appointments, obtain signed documents, and collect additional information
- Clearly and concisely document client needs for attorney review
- Provide empathetic and supportive communication to potential clients during challenging times
- Become knowledgeable about the firm’s services and be able to confidently convey how we can help
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to different client personalities and situations
- A natural ability to connect with and support clients

- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Comfortable using Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, ideally over the phone in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a sales or client-facing role is a plus
- Law firm experience helps and is a bonus but not mandatory
- No prior law firm experience is required—what matters most is your ability to connect with and support clients
Our offices are located in Greenwood Village, CO, and Colorado Springs, CO, but we are open to remote employees in other U.S. locations who are highly reliable.
- Full-time position: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST
- Compensation: Base salary starting at $45,000, plus monthly commission based on reaching sales targets
