Base Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of civil litigation, construction defect, or real estate litigation experience, including trial work. This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team and provide strategic legal counsel to clients, manage cases from start to finish, and represent clients in court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Manage discovery and depositions
- Advise clients on legal strategies and matters
- Negotiate settlements
- Represent clients in court
- Interpret and apply laws, rulings, and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
- Trial experience preferred
- Colorado Bar License (Required)
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid remote option available in Denver
