As the leader of the Technology Advisory practice, you will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding our technology advisory offerings. Your role will involve strategic planning, client relationship management, team leadership, project execution, and business development. Competencies and Position Requirements
Technical Responsibilities:
- Provides interim CIO/CISO services for clients
- Develops and executes IT strategies aligned with clients organizational goals
- Identifies opportunities for technology-driven innovation and efficiencies
- Creates detailed IT roadmaps to guide clients technology investments and initiatives
- Monitors progress and adjusts project plans to ensure successful implementation
- Develops and implements robust cybersecurity policies and procedures
- Ensures clients compliance with regulatory requirements
Practice Management and Team Leadership:
- Oversees the daily operations of the Technology Advisory practice
- Develops and implements strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Monitors performance metrics and manages practice financials
- Grows, leads, mentors, and manages a team of advisory professionals
- Provides training and development opportunities for team members
- Fosters a collaborative and positive work environment
Client Relationship Management:
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients
- Ensures that clients receive high-quality service
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities
- Develops proposals and presentations for prospective clients
- Maintains high standards of quality in all client deliverables
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology security, client facing CIO work, or technology consulting
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, PMP or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of network, application, and cloud security
- Strong knowledge of technology strategy and how to execute a strategy
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects and teams
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and client needs
