As a member of the Workforce Division, you will join an incredibly talented and hardworking Workforce Solutions-FAPO department dedicated to accurate and timely payments to vendors through successful staffing and invoice management to advance BakerRipley’s impact in the Houston region.
Reporting to the Assistant Program Director, the Quality Assurance Analyst reviews the team's work and provides feedback.
Duties include writing reports with summarized findings, interpreting and accurately applying regulations of federal and state programs, and making recommendations for quality improvement plans.
- Serves as an internal monitor and supports managers in ensuring FAPO is functioning at a high level of excellence.
- Conducts monitoring reviews of state and federal programs in order to interpret and provide guidance on local, state, and federal rules, policies, and regulations.
- Reviews the monitoring team's work and provides guidance training, coaching, and feedback.
- Prepares comprehensive reports in order to present and interpret data, identify alternatives, and make recommendations.
- Attends and actively participates in team meetings to help solve problems, provide leadership support, and assist in team building.
- Establishes and maintains a professional working relationship with external/internal contacts. Works cooperatively with the operations team in developing board issuances.
- Develops processes and procedures for areas to be monitored.
- Presents information to FAPO/Workforce Division Management regarding monitoring findings and technical assistance as requested.
- Communicates with FAPO/Workforce Division Management and participates in system initiatives as a subject matter expert.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
- Displays the ability to work cooperatively with others and demonstrates strong communication skills.
Experience
Required- 2 - 6 years: 2 - 6 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Education
Required- High School or better
Licenses & Certifications
