What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Team Member position at Baker Septic?
We are growing and looking to add to our team! We cross-train the positions, however, we are interested in strong dispatch skills for one position and someone with a bit of AR / AP experience for the other. The job involves sales, dispatch, and administrative support for the company, as part of the office sales / marketing team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer incoming calls, quote prices, and receive orders for septic services.
- Schedule services according to factors like truck capacities, distances to sites, and septic pumping timelines.
- Prepare, work orders, tasks, invoices, and related documents to complete scheduled services. Maintain contact with drivers to expedite services.
- Provide excellent sales and customer service for our Septic and Portable Toilet Rental customers.
- Make outgoing marketing calls to existing and prospective customers.
