Baker Street Behavioral Health is committed to working with and providing the highest quality care to individuals in need of psychological services. Therapists will work as part of our concierge practice, servicing patients, their employees, and families who are in need of psychological care.
Currently hiring for hybrid positions in all NJ offices: Paramus, Fair Lawn, Cedar Grove, Morristown, Flemington, and Franklin Lakes. Clinicians can work in multiple offices if preferred. If you are licensed in multiple states, Baker Street is seeing patients across the country remotely.

Clinician Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective therapeutic services and be knowledgeable of current techniques
- Accurately evaluates and efficiently identifies strengths and needs
- Effectively communicates information in verbal and written forms
- Observes and assess patient's progress and prepare detailed reports in a timely manner
- Completes written work relevant to evaluation, therapy, and patient coordination in a timely manner
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to team effort
About you:
- Hold a valid license to practice independently in NJ (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD)
- Have current malpractice coverage
- Able to treat a range of ages, abilities, and disorders that present in childhood & adolescence, and adulthood
- Have strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to independently implement programming
- Self-motivated with a willingness to exceed patient expectations
- Experience treating families and couples a plus
- Knowledge of & experience treating substance abuse issues a plus
- Bilingual a plus
