As a System Administrator you’ll have the opportunity to: Implement, support, and maintain applications within our Citrix environment and workstations. Install, configure, and update a wide variety of applications used by the firm. Resolve complex and widespread issues with applications and act as a point of ticket escalation for our support team. Maintain detailed documentation of software configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Lead projects and initiatives including consolidating and decommissioning existing applications. You’ll enjoy this role if you: Like a wide range of duties including research, maintenance, solutioning, and implementing a wide variety of applications. Have a sense of urgency to quickly respond to our colleague’s needs Have an understanding of IT and business requirements with the ability to develop, test, and deploy improvements and update workflows based on defined criteria Are skilled, self-motivated, and reliable with a strong focus on customer service and problem solving Are a highly collaborative team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Have sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects, attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality Work well on cross-functional teams/projects across an organization Qualifications: Analytical skills to evaluate application performance and determine how changes in the environment will impact an application Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff at all organizational levels The ability to work independently with technical competence Experience with Citrix and administration of virtual environments Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a previous IT role. Preferred: Associates degree in a field such as Computer technology or related field. Minimum two (2) years’ experience with administrating Citrix, Virtual Desktop Environments, and Active Directory Previous experience in troubleshooting or maintaining applications within the accounting sector.
