Maintain files of processed requests either of a paper or digital format with precise organization and accuracy.Handle inbound mail related to benefits administration for Baker Tilly Vantagen clients and their members.All other duties as assignedQualifications : A successful candidate will have an Associate's Degree and 1-3 years of experience in the customer service, data processing, human resources or insurance-related fieldsProficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and WordExcellent customer service and problem solving skills Exceptional organizational and communications abilities (written and oral)Ability to meet deadlines and manage the daily slate of work deliverables to completionAbility to take direction and perform well in small work groups / teamsA valid driver's license is required for minimal travel using a personal vehicleWork is full time on-site in our Clarks Summit Location
