Job Description:
The Data Analytics Manager is responsible for supporting data and analytics needs for firm strategic projects. This professional will work alongside the Data Analytics team, the Firm Strategy team, and Transformation teams in assessing, analyzing, and presenting analysis related to the value impact of the firm’s strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Model & Analyze
- Leverage the firm’s long-term financial models from the Finance department to develop impact scenarios for the firm’s strategic initiatives.
- Track actuals vs. planned value impact as the firm progresses through the fiscal year.
- Work with teams to adjust and analyze additional scenarios as firm initiatives progress.
Impact Reporting
- Work with cross-functional teams to report on and present value impact and progress reporting as it relates to firm initiatives and impact to financials.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership to gain buy-in and support
Tracking Strategy
- Work with firm initiative teams to identify additional tracking metrics and mechanisms to support communication to firm leadership
- Incorporate any new metrics or pivots into modeling to understand relationship between firm initiative metrics and financial impact
The compensation range for this role is $95,360 to $206,610. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
