Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Forensics, Litigation, and Valuation Services Manager who is highly skilled in Business Valuation and Litigation support with experience in Matrimonial Disputes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be interested in partnering with local law offices to develop business locally, and possess a strong analytical mindset.
The successful candidate will report directly to a Principal or Director and be involved in all project phases related to the valuation or forensic accounting assignment. They will also prepare, review, and critique complex business valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow and LBO modeling, discount rate computations, market comparator and precedent transaction benchmarking analyses.
- The role requires a minimum of six years public accounting or forensic consulting experience and accreditation by one or more professional business valuation organizations.
- The candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college/university in the areas of Accounting and Finance.
