In this role, you will assist in strategic business planning efforts, lead growth initiatives across geographies and services, and manage staff performance. You will also participate in recruiting talent to the firm and adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and client confidentiality. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or public administration, and possess excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
