The Columbus office of BakerHostetler has an opening for a Labor & Employment Attorney. The candidate will work with partners and counsel in the Columbus office and other offices, and the position will require mostly employment litigation work with some public and private sector traditional labor work.
This role is a non-partnership track position, with a more predictable schedule, lower billable hours requirement, and competitive salary and bonus program. Requirements:*
- J.D and Ohio bar admission required.
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Employment experience.
- Superior attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with clients and other team members.
