The Litigation Support Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of litigation support projects. They will work closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of litigation support processes, project management principles, and legal technology.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines
- Manage project budgets and resources
- Track project progress and identify potential risks
- Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to gather and review documents
- Manage and oversee the production of documents for discovery
- Provide training and support to litigation support staff
- Stay up-to-date on the latest litigation support technologies and trends
- Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for education requirements. Supervisory experience includes the skills necessary to organize, coordinate and supervise staff.
TECHNICAL SKILLS :
Specific technical skills required to perform the essential functions of the position.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook and Excel. Ability to type / enter data.

Work may require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.

Must be able to perform essential duties of the position with time constraints and interruptions. A strong client service approach and team orientation. Demonstrate good judgment, tact, and flexibility under pressure in a mixed-matrix environment with may competing priorities.
