This role is responsible for ensuring that maintenance plans are created, PMs are created, and modifications are made as necessary in the Manager Plus System. In inventory, ensures adequate stocking levels of parts needed to reduce downtime of the plant equipment. Reports to Maintenance Manager. RequirementsInventoryOrder, receive, and maintain the spare parts inventory for the departmentMaintain documentation of all purchase orders Configure Manager Plus to maintain all KPI's for inventory in house.Develop and maintain a list of stocked parts for each asset on the production lineDevelop and maintain positive and productive relationships with suppliers and vendorsCreate purchase orders for parts and supplies needed for the maintenance departmentReceive and organize ordered parts and confirm shipment using packing slipsManage inventory shelving to keep parts organized and easy to locateWork with the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisors to stage parts for created workordersOrganize return shipments to vendors and cross-site shipments Manage parts and supplies within allotted budgetRun inventory usage reports for the accounting departmentWork independently and with other team members to have parts for prompt and safe repairs Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the jobCoordinationDelegate maintenance PMs and Work orders to Supervisors / Leads for scheduling. Develop and maintain maintenance plans and implementing them for each equipment typeEnsure quality control standards are consistently met by working with the Quality Assurance Team to verify all items in Manager Plus meet standard required for audits and policiesReport KPI's weekly to Maintenance Manager Update maintenance logs for all machineryEstablish schedules for non-mechanical maintenance, ensure PMs are scheduled for non-production equipmentEnsure tools and chemicals are in proper order by performing regular inspections.Assess procedures and make recommendations for improvementCoordinate maintenance work to properly maintain Bakerly facilities and groundsEvaluate maintenance requests, set priorities, and process work assignmentsEstablish and maintains a reliable network of outside vendors and suppliers to ensure cost effective and timely support of the maintenance function. Schedule contractors or subcontractors to perform maintenance workEnsure all yearly inspections records are maintained and schedules inspections accordinglyPlan and organizes day-to-day operations for all Manager Plus activities Ensure that all Bakerly policies and procedures are followed related to the performance of the maintenance function. Establish and communicates the level of quality and safety expected in the performance of maintenance work orders and PMs. Perform other duties as assigned Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years' experience working with CMMS system, Manager Plus experience a plus.
