The Information Management Supervisor is experienced and detail-oriented and will lead our data management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information management, data governance, and team leadership. As the Information Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization, integration, and governance of data within the company, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of information management professionals.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data quality standards.
- Provide leadership and manage the work activities of direct reports in application in-house application developments, development for Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications that includes new solutions and enhancement of existing systems.
- Collaborate with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and schedule applications development and enhancement requests, while providing direction and guidance to the applications development staff.
- Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business and security architectures.
- Oversee the design and implementation of data integration processes.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to establish efficient data architectures.
- Ensure seamless integration of data across systems.
- Implement and monitor data security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
