- Develops and implements strategic methods to deliver ERSEA services to children and families in all program options in coordination with all content areas.
- Establishes and monitors systems that ensure program quality and ensures regular monitoring are implemented and reviewed.
- Creates and maintains supportive documentation, as appropriate.
- Develops, oversees and regularly reviews effectiveness of the ChildPlus Data Management System for the Head Start/Early Head Start program. Provide training as needed.
- Telephone and in-person contact with Directors, Coordinators, Managers, Specialists, and other internal staff for problem solving, information exchange, and coordination of efforts.
- Provides expertise and mentoring to staff, especially Center Managers and Family Development Workers, regarding the development of recruitment plans, application process, verifying income, selection, and attendance.
- Ensure program compliance with codes of all State and Local licensing agencies and grant requirements.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, parents, and the general public.
