Ensures all incoming phone calls and visitors to the Center receive a positive experience; provides information about the services of the Center, while providing general administrative support as needed.
- Ensures that the school office / lobby area is neat, attractive, and presents a positive first impression to visitors.
- Represents program at agency meetings as requested.
- Communicates effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management, both internal and external to the agency.
- Coordinates the smooth operation of the center.
- Disseminates office supplies and materials for staff.
- Assists in obtaining inventory of all center supplies.
- Receives and signs for materials and equipment for the center.
- Assists the cook with ordering
- Assists with preparation of materials related to program events.
- Inspects facilities for hazardous condition and unsafe equipment and materials and removes all debris.
- Establishes and maintains effective oral and written communication with the Center Manager, collaborative partners and program team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
