What our Customer Support Representative will be doing:
- Bridge the gap between our clients and customers through dynamic product demonstrations and strategic brand promotion to drive sales targets
- Work one-on-one with customers in designated territories to craft sales contracts, skillfully negotiate renewals, and promote upselling opportunities for products and services
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify prospective customers, emerging trends, and consumer needs
- Manage prospects, document customer interactions, and streamline transactions through our sales database
- Provide tailored solutions to customer inquiries or complaints in a warm professional manner
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a Customer Support Representative or Customer Service is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of CRM practices and sales cycles
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- A self-starter who is committed to driving sales and delivering unmatched customer service
- An empathetic approach and the ability to put oneself into the consumer’s shoes

Pay: $55,790.00 - $60,513.00 per year
