Role Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Tickets & Premium Seating, the Account Executive, Ticket Packages is responsible for creating revenue through the sale of ticket packages and group tickets in addition to creating and building relationships with new and existing Ticket Package clients and prospects.

Your Focus in this Role:

  • Prospect, establish, research, and close ticket sales leads through cold-calling, appointments, social media, and networking.
  • Creating and building relationships with new and existing Ticket Package clients and prospects
  • Responsible for ticket package sales to individuals and Group Ticket sales
  • Take an active role in the Condors’ game day experience.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to existing and new clients of the Bakersfield Condors.
  • Surpass individual Ticket Package and Group Tickets sales targets
  • Responsible for face-to-face and/or virtual meetings with clients
  • In-game visits with Ticket Package clients
  • Attend after-hours networking events

Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Sales experience in a sports environment is preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with ticketing and CRM software is an asset
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
  • Must have access to a vehicle and a motor vehicle license (or ability to obtain one prior to employment).
  • A University or College degree would be considered an asset

Compensation:

This role is budgeted to start at $17/hour plus commissions.
